KCK Authorities Work to Identify Female Suspect in Robbery and Shooting Case

The Kansas City police are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the lady who committed a robbery and may have information regarding a shooting.

Thursday, September 26, the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department made an announcement asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person who may have been involved in a robbery that occurred in early September.

A shop between 60th and Leavenworth Rd. was reportedly the scene of a burglary on September 7, according to local police. She was seen by the surveillance cameras jumping into a blue pickup truck being driven by a male.

According to investigators, the male suspect got into a confrontation with another car, then pursued it to the 3000 block of N. 61st St., where he allegedly shot the driver. Not only did he miss, but he also struck an occupied house in the area.
