Texas’s Harris County – Authorities claim that a lady who stabbed her boyfriend during an argument on Saturday was shot by him; the woman later passed away from her wounds.
According to Ed Gonzalez, the Harris County Sheriff, the event took place on Saturday near the 5500 block of Lakota Trail.
Gonzalez claimed that a fight started because a man and a woman were fighting there. Then the girlfriend was stabbed by the woman. Then he shot her.
They were taken to hospitals, each of them. On Saturday, the man left the hospital.
Gonzalez reported on Sunday that Tanasia Bush, 33, had passed away as a result of her wounds.
After receiving treatment for an arm wound, the man, known only as Phillip Hickman, was allowed to go home. Gonzalez stated that he gave a statement to detectives about the incident, which he allegedly cooperated with and said was in line with the details supplied by witnesses at the scene.
Gonzalez stated that when the inquiry was over, the matter was supposed to be forwarded to a grand jury; nevertheless, Hickman was reportedly upset and his family was looking for him.
Gonzalez claimed that on Sunday, family members discovered him in the 14700 block of Woodforest at a school parking lot.
Gonzalez claimed that Hickman shot himself as family members drew near. At the scene, he was declared deceased.
Gonzalez added, “Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone touched by these two deaths.”
