Alabama An Alabama man was placed under arrest in December 2023 on grave accusations in the state involving a juvenile following the conclusion of an investigation by the authorities. Joshua Kelly Jackson, 34, was being held at the time on charges of one count of r*pe and one count of sexual abuse.
According to WDHN, Jackson was given a $45,000 bail to be released from the Houston County Jail and was not allowed to speak with the victim.
Jackson chose, for whatever reason, to sever his relationship. He was seen on CCTV on January 5, 2024, breaking through a window at night into the victim’s bedroom.
After learning about this occurrence, the prosecutors asked for Jackson’s release to be withdrawn on January 5, 2024. It was approved a few days later.
